Longer and Leaner
I have a regular Bikram practice going, so I was surprised at how difficult the program was. Kerry seemed to find every muscle not in use at Bikram, and tire it out! But I have to say, they promised me longer and leaner, and in a couple of weeks, I noticed firmer abs, and slimmer hips. I've been singing their praises all over town.
